The Ultimate Kit is specifically designed to allow you to work out easily and effectively from the comfort of your own home, it offers a wide range of endurance and weight exercises that help tone and train your muscles, lose weight or improve your fitness, and can be used by both beginners and seasoned weight trainers.

• BOOST YOUR BODY: Resistance band training has shown to achieve similar results to free weights. This means you can build incredible body strength, targeting your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, core, glutes, and legs from wherever you feel most comfortable. 

• WIDE RANGE OF EXERCISES: The Ultimate Kit combines 5 different resistance levels, ranging from 10 lbs (4.5kgs) to 100 lbs (45kg), allowing you to select the weight level you want to train with on any given day. Not enough resistance? You can also connect multiple bands to increase the weight level. 

• EASY TO USE: You can set up your kit in a matter of seconds! Simply attach the included anchor between any door and the wall, close the door and go! This allows you to exert force in any direction and perform many effective gym exercises without relying on gravity.

• STRONG AND DURABLE: The bands are made of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), a very resistant material capable of withstanding large amounts of pressure. 

The kit contains:

• 1 x bag
• 1 x door anchor
• 2 x ankle straps
• 2 x foam handles
• 5 x resistance bands

 Each color has a different resistance level: 

• Yellow: 10 lbs
• Red: 15 lbs
• Green: 20 lbs
• Blue: 25 lbs
• Black: 30 lbs
